Yes. We produce cable assemblies for common industrial communication protocols including Profibus, Modbus, EtherCAT, PROFINET, and DeviceNet. Each assembly uses the correct cable type and connector specified by the protocol standard.
Do you provide pre-wired control box and cabinet wiring?
Yes. We produce pre-crimped wire sets with numbered ferrules, color-coded insulation, and heat-shrink labels for control boxes and cabinets. This allows your assembly team to install wires directly to terminal blocks without additional processing.
What shielding options are available for automation cable assemblies?
We offer unshielded, single-shield (aluminum foil), and double-shield (foil + braid) cable options. For most industrial automation environments, we recommend double-shield cables for signal integrity, especially near motor drives and power cables.
