Quality Control

100% Tested Wire Harness Quality Assurance

Every wire harness and cable assembly from ENJOE goes through a comprehensive quality control process - from incoming material inspection to final shipment inspection.

QC Process

8-Step Quality Control Process

Our quality control covers every stage of the wire harness manufacturing process, ensuring each product meets your specification.

1

Incoming Material Inspection

Verify wire gauge, connector models, terminal specifications, and jacket material against BOM before production begins

2

Wire Cutting & Stripping Inspection

Check cut length tolerance, strip length precision, and wire end quality on every batch

3

Crimping Quality Control

Inspect crimp height, crimp width, bell mouth, and terminal positioning according to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards

4

Continuity Testing

100% electrical continuity test on every wire harness to verify correct point-to-point connections

5

Insulation Testing

Insulation resistance and hi-pot testing to ensure no short circuits or dielectric breakdown

6

Pull Force Testing

Crimp pull-force testing on crimped terminals to verify mechanical strength meets specification

7

Visual Inspection

Check for correct labeling, color coding, connector orientation, tie-wrap placement, and overall workmanship

8

Final Inspection Before Shipment

Comprehensive final check including packaging, labeling, documentation, and sample retention before dispatch

Standards

Testing Standards & Certifications

IPC/WHMA-A-620

Crimping, soldering, and wire harness assembly inspected per IPC/WHMA-A-620 acceptance criteria.

100% Electrical Testing

Every wire harness undergoes continuity, insulation resistance, and hi-pot testing - no sampling, 100% coverage.

Pull Force Testing

Crimped terminals tested for pull-force compliance per connector and wire gauge specifications.

Environmental Testing

Salt spray testing, vibration testing, and temperature cycling available on request for demanding applications.

Our Commitment

Zero-Defect Goal on Every Order

100% Tested
Every wire harness is individually tested before shipment - not batch sampling.
Traceability
Production records, test reports, and material certificates are kept for every order.
Continuous Improvement
Defects are analyzed and processes are updated to prevent recurrence.
First Article Approval
First article sample is approved by the customer before batch production begins.
Incoming Material Control
All raw materials are inspected against BOM before entering production.
In-Process Checks
Quality checks at every key production stage - not just at the end of the line.
